Bed Bugs - How Do You Know If You Have Them
Bedbugs do not feed on waste food like cockroaches or mice and rats do, they feed on the blood of a warm-blooded host. The signs that you have bed bugs are itchy welts, commonly in groups of three. You should see tiny red or brown marks on your linens were you have rolled over them at night and killed them.
If you think you have bed bugs check the carpet, linens and the entire bed frame, bed bugs are never far from there host (you). Check everything within a 30ft radius of your bed.
Look for nymphs and shed skin remember though that you are looking for something that is 1mm total in length and is probably translucent. The bugs go through many different stages before they become adults and are very hard to see before that.
If you cannot find them by visual inspection, you can use the old tape trick to find them. Take a roll of packing tape and tape the bottom of your bedpost and frame rails and all along your baseboards around your bed. You will find nymphs and eggs if you have an infestation. If you find anything that looks like dirt or smudges on the tape after a few nights you need another trick to catch them in action.
Bring a flashlight to bed with you. Wait until it has been dark for at least 30 minutes. Then slowly get the flashlight and shine it under the covers where you have been getting marks on your body. These bugs are very small but you will see what looks like dirt running away from you.
Bed bugs are very robust creatures and have been known to go over 500 days without a meal. If you have them, getting rid of them is another article I will cover later. Trust me when I tell you that you are out of your league in exterminating them.

Who, What, Where is a Wen?
Mimi: Your boyfriend probably has a Sebaceous Cyst. The old name was a Wen. Each hair follicle has a sebaceous (oil) gland attached to it. The oil should pour into the hair follicle and wick up the hair shaft to keep the hair shiny and lubricate the skin. If the follicle or pore gets clogged, several things can happen. If the skin grows over the follicle and the oil just sits there, the oil can congeal and turn into a hard little "seed" called Epstein Pearls. These whiteheads are not infected. They just sit there and will not go away by themselves. Do NOT pick at them. They must be removed by a professional Esthetician or a Dermatologist.
The follicle can get infected with Staph and turn into a boil. It can get infected with P. acnes and turn into an Acne pimple.
Or the oil can just keep collecting and collecting and build into a sebaceous cyst. These are benign. They don't hurt, and can just be ignored.
Doctors usually excise cysts. They cut two lines in an ellipse around the cyst. They remove the affected hair follicle and sebaceous gland. Then the two incision lines are brought together and sutured. The result is a scar that dips below the surface of the skin. The indentation is caused by the tissue that was removed. Most doctors prefer to excise the cyst rather than draining it. By totally removing it, it is permanently gone. With draining there is a chance that it will return. Also, draining the cyst is a messy, tedious job.
If you are up to draining a cyst, here are your directions. DO NOT CUT THE SKIN. The collected oil in the cyst will have probably become rancid and will stink. It is not an infection, so you don't need to wear gloves. However, because it stinks, I recommend wearing disposable gloves. Have a plastic bag handy to throw away paper. Use paper towels, toilet paper, cotton or gauze. You will need more than you think, if the cyst does drain. Cysts are usually on the back, so have the "victim" lie down. Massage the cyst to soften the hardened oil. The oil will have turned to a liquid with lumps in it. It resembles cottage cheese. With paper covered fingers, bend your index fingers so the side of each finger is along side the cyst. Don't use the tips of your fingers because they aren't strong enough and will tire.
Press in toward the center of the cyst. Move your fingers to another position and press deeply and firmly. You are trying to find the clogged pore that the oil will escape from. Once a bit of white or yellow "thread" comes out, you know what pore to work on. Continue pressing and changing the position. As the ribbon of yellow or white old oil comes out, continue pressing and cleaning it up. You can also support your thumbs with the sides of your hands and press with your thumbs. You need to be firm. You can push with your knuckles. Feel the cyst and get to the outside edge of it. Don't press right where the clogged pore is or you won't be successful.
Between pressings and cleanings, massage the cyst. When nothing comes out, you probably have a lump of congealed oil. Continue pressing firmly. Watch out, when the lump comes out under pressure from your pressing, it may "explode" like Vesuvius. The stinky goop can shoot 2 feet or even more. Continue pressing and cleaning until the bump feels flat. The pressure is uncomfortable for the "victim" but not painful. Wipe the area clean. Since the cyst is not an infection, no special clean up is needed other than getting rid of the stinky paper towels in the trash.
After the cyst is drained, it may never return. Or it may come back repeatedly. So drain it again, whenever it becomes troublesome. If this seems too icky, ask your skin care specialist if she drains sebaceous cysts. Some facialists are not trained in paramedical esthetics. Some don't like or don't know how to do it. Call around until you find someone who has done this work and isn't grossed out by it. The fee will probably be nothing to $1.25 a minute. A flat rate may be impossible to figure because nobody knows how long it will take until the work is actually done.

Bad Effects on Having Laptop on Your Lap
Notebook (laptop) is a very efficient and important tool of many people today. Businessmen, college students, housewives and professionals all use laptops for one use or the other. However, it is better that men learn that they risk losing their fertility with the excessive usage of laptop computers.
The main reason men tend to lose their fertility with the excessive use of laptop computers is that the heat that is generated by the computers, and the posture that the man adopts to balance the laptop computer tends to increase the temperature surrounding the scrotum.
Scientific researches have proven that the higher is the scrotal temperature, the higher is the possibility of damaging sperms and affecting the male's fertility. Moreover, with the advent of Bluetooth and infrared connections, where there are wireless links to the internet, more and more men are using laptops on their laps than on a desk.
Men usually keep their legs open wider than women to keep their testicles at the right temperature, and for added comfort. However, with a laptop on their laps, they tend to adapt a less comfortable position so that they can balance the laptop on their laps. This leads to an increase in body temperature that is found between the thighs.
It has been recently proven that prolonged and continuous usage of laptops on the laps tend to lead to damage to the fertility of the man. This was because the use of laptops usually leads to about 2.7C increase inthe scrotal temperature of the male. This has lead to more and more men having decreased sperm levels where sperm counts seem to have dropped by a third in ten years.
Most of the reasons for this reduced sperm count is drug use, smoking, alcohol and obesity. Besides this, pesticides, radioactive materials and chemicals, and laptops too contribute to decrease in fertility in men.
The human male body has a fixed testicular temperature to maintain usual sperm production and development. Though it is not known the exact time of heat exposure and frequency of exposure to heat that can lead to reversible and irreversible production of sperms, it is known that frequent usage of laptops can lead to irreversible or partially reversible changes in the reproductive system of the male body.
This is why it is advised that young men and teenage boys should limit the use of laptops on their laps to avoid losing their fertility. It is not advisable for young men or boys to also use wireless services on their laps to play games and do other work as they are sure to develop problems in ten years' time, when trying to have a family.
It is thereby advised that men should use laptops on the desk; in fact, anywhere else is possible, other than using it in the lap. Women don't have to worry much about laptop computers on their laps, as so far, there have been no studies on the impact of using laptop computers on their laps.

10 Things to Consider Prior to Getting a Tattoo
If you are thinking about getting a tattoo, take a moment to consider your answers to the following 10 questions. You will be glad that you did.
1. Is the tattoo artist experienced? This is perhaps the most important thing to consider before hiring any one particular tattoo artist. An experienced professional will be knowledgeable in the proper cleansing of equipment, which is an absolute necessity, and also how to create designs that the customer will enjoy.
2. Will the tattoo image be as important to you in the future as it is right now? For instance, if your tattoo will be in celebration of a love interest, are you absolutely certain that person will be there 10, 20 or even 50 years from now?
3. Why do you want to get the tattoo? Is it because you want to or because someone else wants you to? Is it to fit in with a crowd or possibly a love interest? If you are making any type of permanent marking on your body, including a tattoo, you will want to be sure that you are doing it for the right reasons.
4. Are you prepared to deal with possible consequences that may arise out of getting a tattoo? This may include an infection or severe soreness of the skin at the site of the tattoo. In addition, surgery will be the only way to later remove it if you should ever change your mind.
5. Do you have a design in mind? If you don't, stop by the local tattoo parlor and ask to see some samples of what is available.
6. Can you afford the tattoo? The larger the tattoo, the larger the cost. Even the smallest tattoo can be expensive, especially if you are on a budget. Before deciding to get the tattoo, make sure that you know how much it will cost and make arrangements to have the full payment ready on the date of it's application.
7. Do you have a fear of needles? If you do, tattoos may not be for you. Either this or you will have to find some way to put the thought of it out of your mind. A lot of people have a fear of needles and perhaps the best alternative is a temporary tattoo, which are made to look quite realistic these days.
8. What type of tolerance do you have for pain? There is no other way to say it, but getting a tattoo is painful. It does involve needles and you should really consider your level of tolerance before signing up for a tattoo.
9. What will you do if you ever decide to have it removed? Can you afford the cost associated with surgery? The only way to remove a tattoo is through surgery, which can be very expensive. Unless it is for medical reasons, most health insurance policies will not cover the cost of a tattoo removal. This means that the patient will often find themselves with 100% of the financial responsibility and, before getting a tattoo, you should make sure that you will be financially able to handle any future medical procedures that are associated with a tattoo.
10. Are you prepared to treat the area as recommended to avoid infection? This will likely involve keeping the tattoo site covered until it is able to heal properly and keeping it clean in the way that the tattoo artist or physician recommends.
This article is to be used for informational purposes only. The information contained herein is not intended to be used in place of, or in conjunction with, professional medical advice. Before deciding on getting a tattoo or having one removed, the patient must consult a licensed medical doctor for medical advice and/or to determine the best course of action for his/her individual healthcare needs.

10 Unusual Baby Gifts for Newborn Babies
Gifts for newborn babies are treasured by new parents around the world. Most often, gifts for newborns are given at a baby shower and then again at the baby's Christening or other religious rite.
Most gifts include items such as baby clothes, baby furniture, and money for an education fund.
Here are some more baby gifts that are unusual and interesting:
1) Shoulder Sling. This handy shoulder sling made of strong cotton cloth holds the baby securely against a person's chest. The sling is comfortable for both the baby and the sling wearer.
2) Wristwatch Baby Monitor. This wristwatch is a receiver that receives the slightest baby sound from a transmitter situated near the baby. This monitor runs on a battery that recharges while it continues to monitor. The wristwatch monitor can be worn on the wrist or belt while you work around the house.
3) Neoprene Baby Bib. The beauty of this bib is that it can be wiped clean after each use. There is even a pocket along the bottom of the bib to catch food.
4) The "Boppy" Baby Pillow. This is an all-around form-fitting pillow which the baby lies on while sleeping, feeding, or resting in your arms. It fits any size infant.
5) Musical Mobile. Having a mobile over the crib provides interest for the baby and helps him or her focus on objects. Mobiles can be made up of butterflies, fish, birds, or characters from fairy tales. Some give off a tinkling sound in the breeze while others have music that can be turned on or off.
6) Car Seat. A baby's car seat with a harness and safeguard is a highly desired gift for a newborn baby. Most babies spend a lot of time in the back seat of a car and need to be kept safe while they ride.
7) Changing Table. Every new baby needs a changing table. The changing table is structured so that the baby cannot roll off. The changing table is light-weight enough to be moved from place to place. The shelves on the bottom are for storage.
8) Storage Tote. A storage tote is a roomy canvas bag for the nursery. It is meant to hold books, CDs, baby powder, diapers, toys, or baby bottles. Storage totes are an alternative to storage boxes. They have the advantage of being light-weight and easy to move around.
9) Baby cup. A silver or silver-plated baby cup engraved with the baby's initials is a desirable gift. People keep their baby cup for their entire life.
10) Baby Name Scroll. This is a name painting showing the baby's first name, its meaning, history, and famous people with the same name. The background is a painting, with a golden crown, crests, and seals. It is a collectible and is ready for framing.
The above baby gifts are enough to brighten any new parent's day. Most are on the unusual side and will make a hit at a party. With all the gifts to choose from, you will surely enjoy the experience of finding the perfect gifts for newborn babies in your life.

Negotiation Traps For Women - 5 Common Ways Women Miss Opportunities
We negotiate every day, though we may not think of it as negotiating. We bargain with co-workers and bosses about work projects. We negotiate with employees to address behavioral problems. We negotiate child care at the local day care center. And we sort out home responsibilities, meal preparation and child rearing with our spouses and partners.
Negotiation, conflict and gender research suggests that the way women approach such situations tends to differ from the way men do. And while generalizations from research don't always reflect the way each person acts in a given situation, here are five common negotiation traps for women and how to prevent yourself from getting caught in them.
Trap 1: Failing to See the Opportunity to Negotiate
Women tend not to recognize the opportunities that present themselves in many workplace, home and business negotiation situations. For instance, if a supervisor asks if there's room in your week for a new assignment that's needed ASAP, women often assume the supervisor is looking for a "yes" or "no" and an explanation in support of that response. Men, on the other hand, tend to see such offers as opening proposals in a negotiation into which they're being invited. Whereas a woman might reply, "Gee, I'd really like to take that one on. It'll mean a busy week, but I know it's needed," a man might be likely to reply, "Gee, that sounds like an interesting project. Let's take a few minutes to discuss what other responsibilities I can set aside temporarily so I can run with the priority project." In her response, the woman misses an opportunity to negotiate and she may also feel under-valued when the supervisor doesn't pick up her indirect comment about workload. One good strategy is to simply start asking. Assume everything's negotiable and choose which ones are worth your time. You may be startled by how many opportunities there are to work out a better day for yourself.
Trap 2: Settling Too Soon for Less
Studies have shown that Women tend to set lower goals for themselves than men do in comparable negotiations. In salary negotiations, for instance, women tend to set lower salary goals than men. And to top it off, when the other person in a negotiation says "no," women tend to back down instead of taking the negative simply as another move in the ongoing bargaining. To address these tendencies, practice setting higher goals in lower-stakes situations so that you can grow more comfortable with asking for more. It's also helpful to learn about basic negotiation strategy and there are many good books on the subject, some written specifically with women in mind.
Trap 3: Pretending You're Someone You're Not
When you see the word "negotiator," what comes to mind? A tough-talking wheeler-dealer, a trickster, an antagonistic competitor? There are as many negotiating styles as there are people and the key is to find your own authentic voice. When you try to act the way you think people are "supposed" to act in negotiations or other difficult conversations, you not only risk leaving your own best skills behind but also that the other person views you as fake or worse, as playing games with them. Find your own negotiating style and voice and hone it over time. Women often tell me that they don't want to be perceived as too aggressive. That seems reasonable as long as you remember: Being nice and being direct are not mutually exclusive.
Trap 4: Allowing Your Strength to Be Your Weakness
Women tend to be good at maintaining relationships and putting those relationships front and center, because we've often been raised to value connections with others. This is a terrific negotiation strength because good relationships help the negotiation conversation stay constructive and keep everyone working when it gets tough. But it's also our Achilles heel. Failing to negotiate effectively out of fear of damaging the relationship can cause women to back down or avoid confronting the important problems in their work and home lives. Ironically, avoiding conflict often causes more damage to the relationship because the problems never get fully addressed and continue to fester. Ask yourself if failing to confront a problem fully is really going to improve your relationship or just distance you a bit more from those you care about most, at home and work. That distance builds up over time---conflict management professionals call it a "distancing spiral."
Trap 5: Going in Without Clarity
Handling difficult conversations well goes hand in hand with good preparation. Figure out your key goals and interests, your "walk away alternative,"and the range of options for consideration. Similarly, estimate the other person's key interests and ways your own and theirs might be met in the negotiation. Do your homework and walk in with an informed and flexible plan. But remember: The plan you walk in with is just that---a plan or guide to keep you focused and help you get started. It should never be used as a way to make demands or lock you in rigid positions.

Men are From Mars Women are From Venus
Relationship Enrichment Seminar
Dr. John Gray author of the best seller "Men are from Mars, women are from Venus"
Dr. Gray mentioned as a preamble to his talk that when his book 'Men are from Mars, Women from Venus' had come out he was questioned whether one can make generalizations in terms of the behaviour of men and women. The only response he gave was whether they resonated with what was written in the book and 100% of the time they replied 'Yes'.
1. The differences between Men and Women are universal. Women all over the world complain that "He doesn't understand". "He doesn't listen". "Only time he touches me is when he wants sex". And men all over the world complain that "She doesn't want to have enough of sex." (Unless the woman is around 37 years. At this magical age women want more of sex than ever before.)
2. Women like affection from men much more than sex. They want to be hugged. John learnt to hug his wife.
3. Men like to be logical. Women like to share and talk even if there is no point in their sharing and talking. Men need to have an objective. They need to see the point in doing something. They can't share for the sake of sharing.
4. Men tend to do one thing at a time. Women do many things at a time. Men have a tunnel vision. 95% of their attention is focused on just one thing and 5% on checking of the environment. Women are just the opposite. They are continuously taking in everything that there is in the environment whether it is useful or not.
5. John narrated the incident of his wife asking him to get some milk while coming home from work. He forgets. She considerately puts it down to his thinking of work. She asks him again. Again he forgets. She takes it personally. It's not that the milk was forgotten but that she was forgotten. Women behave in this manner.
6. Men have their own caves on which the sign states "Please do not disturb." Men like to retreat into their own world where they feel they are in control. Women also have caves but the sign on their caves is "I need to talk". When a man asks a woman what's wrong and she says "Nothing" it really means "Nothing, unless you care to listen and give me an opportunity to talk."
7. 90% of women go into therapy because they want to be listened to. They want to be asked questions. They want to feel special. Men hate to be questioned. If men want to talk they'll talk. If they don't want to talk they won't. When a man is locked in his cave, the woman thinks that something is wrong with him and goes in and asks questions. This is a wrong move for the woman to make. Men hate to be interrogated.
8. When a woman touches a man she may want to be cuddled. But for a man anywhere he is touched leads to Rome and he thinks therefore that it has to lead to sex.
9. Men want to forget the problems of the day. Women want to remember. A man will say "Forget it, it's no big deal." For a woman she will not rest till the problem is talked about. Her response to the man, who wants to just forget about it and not make a big deal out of it, will be "How can you be so insensitive."
10. Men should never tell a woman how she should feel. In fact if she is unhappy, the man needs to be unhappy with her for a while instead of offering advice.
11. If the man is at a loss for saying anything when the woman is feeling bad then instead of offering advice he could build her up a bit by saying "I know how much you work during the day to make the kids and myself feel happy. It must be very exhausting." Her unconscious response would be "He understands." The woman craves for understanding.
12. Women make noises to get attention. Men make noises to signal "Please leave me alone."
13. To cope with stress, sometimes, women while speaking tend to speak in long sentences and then pause. Men think that the pause is a signal for saying something. Wrong. For the woman the pause is just a semi-colon. Men need to restrain themselves in giving advice.
14. When a woman is upset and a man tries to give a solution 99% of the time her response will be "Yes....but". When she is relaxed then give the solution. After she has been given the opportunity to talk about it.
15. If a man tries to walk in a woman's shoes, she will be more willing to understand his point of view. Men tend to expect women to agree with their point of view because they feel it is obviously the best point of view.
16. Men are efficiency oriented. Must do it the easiest and fastest way. Women on the other hand feel that taking the shortest path between 2 points is boring. Women like variation. This is especially true in the bedroom. Men go by the same formula every time while women want variation. Men like uniforms and the same uniform. Men look good in a tuxedo or a suit and that's it. Every time the same tuxedo or suit. Women like to change their dress; sometimes thrice or even more times in a day.
17. When John's book 'Men are from Mars, Women from Venus' was on the bestseller list for 6 years in a row, John realized how narrowly focused in life he had become. He only gloated about his book being no. 1 on the bestseller list. John was missing the little things of life where his wife and children were concerned. Women are able to see the little things in life and be happy.
18. The more narrow the focus of a man the more stressed he is bound to get. He can't notice anything else other than what he is focusing on at that moment. Women deal with lots of problems at the same time and the way they cope is to talk about them.
19. Men use their brain sequentially viz. one part at a time. Where women are concerned it is usually the whole brain at once.
20. Women lower stress through talking and sharing. The collectiveness and togetherness which they share is part of their feminity. Men lower their stress by being alone. Women's attitude is that if we can't do anything about it then let's talk about it and suffer together. Men's focus is on solving the problem. And if they can't solve the problem then they make the problem disappear by forgetting about it.
21. Men always want to be right.
22. Women, unknowingly sabotage their success. They put themselves down because they want support. Women bond by putting themselves down. For example if one is late for a particular function in the office, the woman will say what an imbecile she is by not catching the right train or missing the connection because of some stupid mistake she made and so on. And other women who are also late will do the same.
23. Or if a woman is having a problem with the computer, she will call the so called expert from the computer department and tell him that she doesn't know anything about computers and that she is very happy that he has come to her rescue and thereby push the guy way up there. But when he suggests a solution which she tends to disagree with, she doesn't know how to tell him because if she does it, it makes him come crashing down and he reacts by saying that she has wasted his time. In this case one needs to resort to face saving devices like 'whatever you have suggested will I am sure help me to figure it out (even if you see no utility in the suggestion).
24. As women more and more enter into the workplace their need to being listened to and understood is not being met. The workplace is efficiency oriented. They are becoming more and more isolated. They have to raise their children alone. Unseen and unheard. And this is causing them to go more and more into depression. The man focusses on work no matter what the problems are that are being experienced at home.
25. Man is efficiency oriented. He needs to feel needed. He needs problems to be solved. If there are no job opportunities or there is no effort called for to do something then the man feels depressed.
26. When women feel nurtured they feel happy. They are happy with the small things of life. Man likes to measure himself against the goal he has set for himself. Men behave like squirrels. They focus on one thing, dash towards it and once they reach there then they turn their focus on another thing and make a dash there and so on and so forth.
27. Men see the news on TV especially after coming home, because the problems they hear about and see make their problems seem that much smaller.
28. John's soul sings when he teaches. Need to find one's path and go along it. The fact that one feels fear is because it is one's path. If it was not one's path then one would not be so worried about whether one made an impact or not.
29. The truth is I deserve to be the way I am. I need not be bothered to be perfect in order to be loved. Once one lives in an atmosphere of perfect trust the more authentic one becomes, and the more authentic one becomes the more irresistible one becomes. The closer we are to who we truly are the more people will love us. There will always be people who do not love us.
30. Forgiveness is the key. If someone hurts then one needn't hurt back. As Gandhi said, An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind.
31. Women give more. Men want to get more.
32. Women want flowers to be purchased by men. And they should be cut- flowers. So that the flowers die and therefore the men have to go out and purchase them again and again. They do not want the romance to go out of the relationship. Men on the other hand feel that if they have done it once there is no necessity to do it again and again. But women want things and messages to be repeated again and again.
33. Women sometimes give hints viz. On Sunday they will mention that they are getting their hair cut on Thursday. This is to be taken as a warning signal. The hair cut must be noticed. If a woman has to ask how she looks after she has had a hair cut then there is no value placed on the man's comment. It has to be noticed without being asked. Women put in much more effort in looking good. Men put in more effort in their work.
34. Man wants to be appreciated. Woman wants to be listened to and noticed. Men stress more on what they do while women stress more on their being.
35. Men think that by being flexible they are Mr. Agreeable and that is appreciated by women. Really speaking women want men to take charge and suggest something which they agree on. Mr. Agreeable is boring. The ideal metaphor is to have a man with a plan and a woman with a smile.
36. Sometimes the woman feels that she does everything according to what the man wants. At this point it is necessary for the woman to say "I'll do it this time your way but next time we'll do what I want."
37. Women are always keeping score in a relationship viz. When a woman does anything for a man she always gives herself a point. Men keep score in business. Men need to keep score in a relationship too. They need to do something for the woman so that they too score points from the woman's point of view.
38. At work the man's perspective is not to unnecessarily interfere. A man feels that if he doesn't ask then he is giving total freedom to the woman. But a woman who is a subordinate wants to be asked about her work because silence is taken to mean 'non-involvement'.
39. Women like the small stuff. Chit-Chat. Occasionally ask some personal questions. The magic words are 'What else?'
40. To free a man a woman needs to say 'You don't need to say or do anything and you don't need to feel bad.'
41. Listening creates healing.
42. Women by nature give. But when they find that they are not getting anything in return they need to give to themselves. Men have no problem in giving to themselves. Men don't give enough to others.
43. Men prefer women managers while they learn the job. After learning the job they prefer a male manager.
44. Men sprint faster. Women win the long distance.
45. In men testosterone lowers stress. In women oxytocin lowers stress. Affection, considerateness, being noticed is what produces the oxytocin in women. Therefore men need to learn new skills to produce oxytocin in women. Foreplay is more important for a woman than a man. A woman needs 20-30 minutes of stimulation. A man needs just 2-3 minutes.
46. Women want sensitive men but the danger is that if men become too sensitive then women don't like it. They want men to be considerate but not to be too sensitive just like them.
47. Don't try to fix or change your partner.
48. When husband and wife are business partners then there needs to be clear rules. There needs to be a clear demarcated time when no business is talked about.
49. Duty is important but being authentic is more important.
50. Women can be compared metaphorically to the moon. When the moon is full, women crave for sex. When it is half-full, a woman can have it not have it, it does not matter, and when it is a new moon she couldn't care less.
51. There are different types of sex viz. Healthy, home cooked sex, Ferrari, junk food sex, and Gourmet sex. Once a month one could have Gourmet sex which means bringing in the romance by going out for a dinner and coming home to an atmosphere which slowly climaxes. Whenever he wants sex, and it is a quickie then give it to him. Provided on other occasions there is good, regular homemade sex. In order to arrive at a meaningful understanding one could have 3 candles signifying the 3 types of sex. Either partner finds it very difficult to know the real mood of the other. Depending on which candle is lit and by whom one can behave accordingly. The candle becomes the sign of the mood.

How Much Hair is Normal to Lose When Shampooing? I'll Tell You
The other day, I had someone who emailed me and said something like: "How much hair does a normal person lose when they Shampoo because I've had a lot of hair coming out when I wash and condition my hair. Should I be worried about this? How much is normal to lose? Should I not Shampoo as often if it's thinning out my hair?" I'll answer these concerns in the following article.
Some Hair Loss Is Normal When Shampooing: Most people shed some hairs when washing their hair. Through the process of washing and massaging your scalp, the hairs that were in the resting phase are massaged out. These were going to shed anyway. There's really nothing you can do to keep them in your head once their cycle has changed. Had they not come out through shampooing, they would've come out when you were brushing, combing, styling, or manipulating your mane. So seeing a small circle of spend hairs can well be normal, but seeing an amount that would clog the drain or is excessively high for what is typical of you may not be.
Normal Daily Hair Shed: Dermatologists mostly say that losing 50 hairs per day is nothing to worry about. And, up to 100 strands per day can be OK during certain high shed seasons or during short periods of stress. However, if you're in the 100 per day range for a prolonged period, you might have something else going on. Keep in mind that every one has their own threshold for what is typical. Redheads and folks with course hair will typically be higher shedders than blondes or those with fine hair. Most people have a general idea what is typical or worrisome for them.
But, this number isn't just from shampooing. For example, if you lose 75 during shampooing, you still have to consider what falls out during combing, styling, or just what comes out over the course of a day. It's really the total daily amount that counts, not just what happens when you wash your hair.
Should You Limit Shampooing If You're Losing Too Much Hair?: This is a very common question. It's hard to see all this hair going down the drain. You figure that you might cut down on your net loss if you cut back. I've even had people tell me that they switched to dry shampoo to spare them from having to see all the hair on their hands. I understand this, but it's a bad idea.
Many conditions that make hair fall are based on the fact that your scalp is affected by DHT and androgens or that your follicles are malnourished or being clogged or choked off. You can not afford to aggravate this by not stimulating or cleaning your scalp enough. And honestly, follicles that go to the resting phase are going to inevitably shed eventually. So you may as well keep your scalp healthy as there is nothing you can do anyway.
You can however, be very gentle when you perform this task. Many people tell me that it's the Conditioner that makes the shedding its worst. It can be tempting to skip the Conditioner but if you do, you'll hair will just look flyaway and more flat - and therefore more thin. I would suggest using a very lightweight conditioner and then thoroughly rinsing it out BEFORE you wash your hair. This will allow you volume and manageability without as much loss.
